A bit outside the thread, this but I've often wondered what the title "Do You Know What It Means To Miss New Orleans?" really means.
As I see it, there are three possible interpretations:
1)  Do you know how Miss New Orleans understands "it"?
2)  Do you comprehend how homesick one can get for NO?
3)  Do you understand the implications of omitting NO from your itinerary?
