If you are a cat-lover then you join the "Cat-Lover Forum", and you don't expect postings about dogs, horses, and baby alligators, but this doesn't mean you don't pat the neighbour's dog or read the occasional newspaper article on baby alligators.
If you love furry pets then you join the "Furry Pet-Lover Forum", and expect postings about cats, dogs, hamsters, tame rats,etc., but not about tortoises, pythons, tarantulas, baby alligators, etc., although you don't mind helping your neighbour find his pet tortoise.
If you love all sorts of pets, then you join the "Pet-Lover Forum" and like to read all posts from Woody Allen's pet ant to elephants.
