What makes a difference "The Conductors or the Bennies?"

Of course you guys all realize I was joking, trying to take the poking of fun 
off the banjo  & washboard players for a change and laying a bit of it on the 
conductors.

Conducting from the Rear in a parade band is even harder.  Nobodys watching.
but at least you can't hear the trumpet players wrong or sour notes when they 
are in the front :)
