How about Zez Confrey and Jimmy Durante? Maybe not jazz but interesting.
And have you ever thought about interpretations of Louis Moreau
Gottshchalk's works?

Subject: [Dixielandjazz] Great pianists
I've hit a brick wall. Having made several hundred (700-800 mebbe? I've lost
count) piano rolls from recordings of most of the great jazz pianists I am
stuck for new material. Any suggestions?
