A conductor for strictness renowned
Said grimly while glaring around
"Don't dare miss a beat,
And don't stamp your feet,
Or by my baton you'll find yourself crowned".

and:

The conductor while following the score
Said "3rd trumpet your playing's quite raw".
Said the 1st trumpeteer
"3rd trumpet's not here"
"When he comes just tell him I'm sore".
