There have been lots of great responses to the request for Banana songs, but
I don't think I've seen these:
Fried Bananas, a fine Dexter Gordon tune easily adapted to trad jazz
(Rickey Woodard does a nice job with it on his album Yazoo)
Bananas and Cream, a marginal tune by Kinky Friedman
Going Bananas, by the Captain and Tennille
Banana Boy, by Eden "Nature Boy" Ahbez (also recorded by Karl Denson)
Banana Jam, a Chick Corea tune recorded by Airto
A Banana for Ron, by the hard bop drummer Cindy Blackman
and two tunes by blues pianists that might work:
Banana Man, by Peetie Wheatstraw
Banana Oil, by Memphis Slim
(Banana Oil, I'm told, is a byproduct of petroleum: isoamyl acetate.
Who'd have guessed?)
Lots of rock bands have recorded lots of tunes with Banana in the title, but
I doubt they could be made to swing.
Kudos to whoever it was that remembered Loving You Has Made Me Bananas!
