I believe that there is a built in system with AOL and although it is not
oerfect and I still receive a few offers of Nigerian money, enlarged organs and
even cleaner cess-pits the overall number of spam messages I recieve has
reduced considerably in the last two or three months. Now down to around a dozen a
week which can readily handled with the aid of the delete button. I certainly
don't bother with any other anti-spam programme. Anyway checking the list in
the 'in-box' when first signing on gives me plenty of opportunity to delete
anything straight away. Also using an i-Mac means that I don't have to worry about
all them funny virus things which seem to inhabit the followers of the Great
Gates.

Cheers,

Jerry,
Norwich,
U.K.
