How about Bob Helm's immortal "How'm I Gonna Give You What You Want If I 
Don't Know What You Crave?" (if memory serves correctly, this was on a 
Riverside 10" album under his name, with Ev Farey on cornet - never 
reissued, as far as I know. Wonderful stuff......
