[Dixielandjazz] Doctor Jazz key

When I hear recordings in such keys, discovered by trying to play along, I
conclude the group played the tune in a better key and then electronically sped
up the playback to accomplish the weird key. [ or slowed it down a bit ].  I
first discovered the use of such technique by trying to play along with the
Alcatraz Angeles CD.
