[Dixielandjazz] Airline instrument transport letter

Tom and all !  I'm very happy to forward  the "carryon" letter, but have to
say I have never been in a situation
where I have had to use it. I'm glad it garners some respect and will
certainly pass this good news on to our local players here in Atlanta.
