Hello, listmates:

A memorial service was held yesterday for Glenn "Pappy" Koch.  Those of us 
in attendance got
to meet many family members, including his son George, daughter Marilyn, his 
grandchildren,
cousins, and more.

Bonita Paulson, beloved tuba-playing member of the "Bucerias Bandidos" jazz 
band, died
yesterday morning.  We are told that no service will be held, and Don is 
asking that in lieu of
flowers, anyone who knew and loved Bonita [and to know her was to love her] 
make a
contribution in her name to the jazz society of your choice.
