Bob  - Good to hear from you.  I had dinner w/Shirley this evening in Plano.  We didn't talk much about Dad.  I'm kinda of glad because I've been on the verge of crying all week.  It's hard to believe a year has past - I would give anything to go back in time.  I'm thinking about going to the cemetery next week to see his headstone and spend some time just sitting quietly with him.

Please let Mike Vax know how much I personally appreciate his comment about Dad.  He always believed in playing the anthem straight - and I'm glad to know someone else out there agrees!  Have a wonderful time in England and play that horn just like Dad would - love to you & the guys - Lindi
