Hello all,

Continuing the Library of Congress narrative, the following 7 AFS numbers
are presented for your viewing :

1675 B - Wolverine Blues - Part 1

1676 A - Wolverine Blues - Concluded

1676 B - State and Madison

1677 A - The Pearls - Part 1 - "dust jacket" notes mention Teddy Wilson.

1677 B - The Pearls - Concluded

1678 A - Bert Williams

1678 B - Freakish

Many of the above have additional "dust jacket" information, courtesy of
Larry Gushee and David Sager.

Alan Wallace and Peter Hanley send a VERY rare advert from The Chillicothe
Constitution, dated Saturday, 23rd October 1926. This is for Jelly Roll
Morton's Red Hot Peppers on Victor Orthophonic Records.

A completely new page for PETE DAILY. This is his biography by his wife
Lois Stearns Daily. The full-scale article includes many photographs.

In the PHOTOGRAPH GALLERY, I have posted another very rare photograph of
Henry Ford (Enrique Villalpando, adopted son of Jack and Anita Ford) taken
with a teacher and a group of fellow students
at a Canyonville School c. 1937. Courtesy of Lillian Stevenson. The
thumbnail is toward the bottom of the page. Just click to enlarge.

The 7 AFS updates, the Morton advert, together with the Pete Daily biography
and the Henry Ford photograph can be accessed from the UPDATED PAGES BOX at
:

Then just scroll down to the NEW revolving icons. Hope you enjoy.

Musically yours

Mike
