Dear Luis,
Muggsy Spanier was in Europe and England (about a week) in March-June 1960. 
He and wife, Ruth went for 3 weeks and stayed for nearly 4 months.
He toured with the Dutch Swing College Band to West Germany, Holland, Switzerland and Denmark and
played at the Essen Jazz Festival.
I have nothing in my files regarding issued recordings from the tour, but would be very surprised if
there were no private tapes made, somewhere, during the visit.
