You mentioned two I hadn't thought about.....but they did indeed. I wonder
how much of the sound track Gere actually did on the "Cotton Club" ?

Here's one.......Allen Ladd was a big band singer before he got in to the
movies. It may have an been Ina Rae Hutton
clip I saw on PBS several years ago.
