[Dixielandjazz] 1919 Rag = Rifle Rangers Circus march?

OK, so far I've heard that 1919 Rag is the same tune as the 1910 Karl L.
King circus march, "Rifle Rangers" and that Kid Ory recorded "Rifle Rangers"
in Los Angeles, as well as another title 1919 Rag. So is Rifle Rangers the
same as 1919 Rag, and how did it aquire the name 1919 Rag if it was written
in 1910. 1919 Rag was recorded by Lu Watters and Turk Murphy among others.
