Since it's gertting close to Xmas...I think you all remember Mike Silverman!

  Reminiscence:  Mike Silverman, RIP, used to tell his version of that story prefaced by:  "The Baptists have all the good songs. And what do we have?  "Hava Negilah" ! And who recorded it?  Harry Bellafonte!"  When plugging a JazzSea cruise that Hot Frogs was booked for:  "We're going on a cruise!  The ship is the Posiedon!  We're practicing:  "Dancing on the Ceiling", "You Turned the Tables on me".  Great guy, Mike - you hadda get to know him a while....

  Oh, yeah:  he said he was going to become a gourmet Oriental cook, just as soon as he could find a kosher wok.  Think about it.
