Hi Steve and all bandleaders,
Another excellent source to sell your CDS of OKOM can be a bit expensive, but
will get definite results and in numbers you would not believe possible, so
if you decide to try it better get ready to manufacture and ship lots of
product.
This is not for the lazy or weak at heart.
Advertise your CDs with about a 4X6 inch display add professionally designed
in AARP Magazine, and The National Enquirer, and then get ready to start
licking stamps.
Both publications appeal to the OKOM marketplace.
I have seen artist advertsing in AARP that I have never heard of that have
sold millions of recordings, never had a spin on a radio station or been signed
to a record label either.
You might also want to record a CD and title it " Shooting Fish off a Log"
or "Sitting Ducks "and advertise it in the NRA Magazines. Creative marketing
you bet, but it works. Look at the target market and find the way to reach
them.
How about "The Ones that Got Away" in the Fishing magazines
Cheers,
Tom Wiggins
