Greetings to new list member Ezio from Italy - MD no less.  You may be 
interested to know that just north of me, in Toulouse, France, there is a jazz band 
composed entirely of doctors of medicine.  They call themselves "Les Toubibs", 
which sort of translates as "The Quacks".  I have been sitting in with them 
from time to time, and if I ever fall ill (God forbid) I know where to go.
