Sure, it's a great excuse for young folks to get plowed, everyone believes 
some go crazy in the cycle and go around howling at the moon.   As we get older 
we don't need any excuses, except supporting a wife three kids and a 
girlfriend at the same time, and thye wife finds out about the girlfriend being 
supported,  unless of course that girlfriend belonged to one of your three children.

No Bob, I think it is the more moonshine they drink the more uninhibited they 
become,  does not seem to matter if there is a moon out or not, of any kind, 
some are even inclined to moon other patrons.
