[Dixielandjazz] The Pineapple Chord

In OKOM circles hearabouts, this chord is referred to as the !"**!@??! 
chord, and is seldom played when there is a vowel in the month (due to a 
folk superstition that banjo players attempting it will die by the next full 
moon).
