[Dixielandjazz] Charlie and His Orch. 1941-42

Greetings.

A friend just gave me a CD of something called Charlie and His Orchestra -
Propaganda Swing 1941-42.  It's a good big band playing standard tunes of
the day with parady lyrics belittling either the US or Britian and praising
the Germans.  One cut indicates that it was from a broadcast done on
Wednesdays or Saturdays, a propaganda beam to English speakers.  The singer
has a fine German accent.

Anyone who might have been there (where?) in WWII know any specifics or
facts about this?
