No roll over.  But howl?  Yep.  Scratch maybe.  Some bark instead of howl...
on the breaks in the refrain section.  At the Illiana Jazz club they also
rise suddenly to their feet and throw their hands into the air as they howl
--or bark--or whatever the hell they decide to do.  It's sort of every man
for himself.

They were doing it over twenty years ago when I first hit town.  Origins
have been lost in the mists of time--meaning we are getting so damn old we
can't remember.
