The "gage" story was pretty great!

Has anyone ever heard the story about Armstrong coming back from a "goodwill" tour with a briefcase full of heroin/pot/cocaine/whatever drug that version uses?

Supposedly the President (Johnson or Nixon in the various versions I've heard) insisted on helping Louis carry his luggage, and took that very briefcase.  The POTUS carrying a bag full of dope, what an image!

Somehow I doubt the reality of the story, but hey, one never knows.
