Another 'correction' from Trevor.
I know how he feels and always advise that: We should not proof-read our own
writings.
We usually find the mistake when we re-read the thing, AFTER it has gone.
It happens to me all the time!

Another boo-boo. I referred to Adrian Rollini going as high as F3 and F#3
(transposed). That should read E3 and F3. 
So please correct that in my original messgage if you're going to send it to the
DJML.
