[Dixielandjazz] Midnight in Moscow - Clarinet transcription ?

I've searched for several years for the sheet music for Midnight in Moscow
by Kenny Ball for Dixieland band.
The only thing I've been able to find is a concert band arrangement which
has a quite simple clarinet part.

Could anyone direct me to a transcription of the clarinet part from the
original 1962 recording?

Better yet - is there any way to get a copy of the music for an entire
Dixieland band?
