Dear Tom,
The only fodder I fed the DJML consisted of two books that the authors 
wrote about their subject. Whether this may or may not be a MYTH will be 
the decision of the readers of those books. I assume you must have read 
them to comment on the". If so, I would be interested in some specific 
points that you may wish to elucidate.
