[Dixielandjazz] Piano by ear

When playing piano by ear, obviously the right ear plays the high notes,
and the left ear plays the low notes. Otherwise, it would be a pain in
the neck. Unless you're in the southern hemisphere, of course.

And playing by ear is just a figure of speech; middle C is played with
the nose.
