[Dixielandjazz] Bio'

Hi Brian: I, of course, neglected to mention that I was born at an even
earlier age than you, 1939, in war-torn Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, with
hardly a buzz bomb in hearing range. My earliest ambition was to fly
Spitfires, and my earliest jazz influence was a 78 rpm record of the Louis
Armstrong All Stars, with, as my very suspect memory serves, had Jack
Teagrden singing "St. James Infirmary" on one side and "Jack Armstrong
Blues" on the other. Or was it "Basin St. Blues"??? Anyway my main axe
today is a 1959 King 2B Silver Sonic with a 1934 Conn 4H as backup.

Cheers

Bryan
