I have had lots of complaints of people receiving duplicate messages. I
believe this usually occurs when someone uses the "R" (reply) command and
puts in the DJML address without removing the address of whom the e-mail
originally came from in the To: box.
I use the reply command, then go to the to" box, delete the address there &
then put in the address of DJML.
It would help allot if you would do this.
Also, while you are at it, use Cut & Paste. Cut the unnecessary part of the
message to which you are replying. Leave only enough so that your reply
makes sense to someone who may have not read the original message.
Doing these 2 things only takes an extra minute but is very helpful to the
close to 400 DJML members receiving your post.
