Hey man, how do like your new apartment?

Well, man (cats say "man" a lot) It's O.K. except that the people living in 
the apartment above like to dance and they make a hell of a racket on my 
ceiling when they do it.

Wow, that's awful.........you should talk to your landlord about it.

No............it's O.K. They only seem to do it when I practice my banjo.
