Heh, it's more than just a "mini fest" now... go to www.sacticket.com/static/ads/mardi_gras/ .  It's February 14-16 and the 23 bands include Big Mama Sue, Catsnjammer, Cornet Chop Suey, Fulton Street, High Sierra, Mardi Gras, Sister Swing, plus many many more, plus guest artist Bob Draga.  There are seven venues this year.
