Useful info from Adobe forum for those who use .pdf files extensively to
trade music.

Current download version of Acrobat Reader is 5.1. Previous versions 5.01
and 5.05 had a glitch that kept some TrueType fonts from showing up. 

This included the ENCORE music fonts. The text would show up ok, the notes
would just be small boxes. 5.1 solved the ENCORE problem, at least for one
of my customers.
