My old pal and scratchmeister extraordinaire Bill Haesler from Down Under
has a buddy named Walt who knows how to do this. Walt learned the technique
from a Scandinavian who discovered the secret - Ingmar something-or-other -
for a few beers I'm sure that Bill could be persuaded to demonstrate Walt's
Ingmar tilde.
