[Dixielandjazz] Bob Zurke

The CD John Farrell mentioned is recent, on Hep label, is available from
Jerry Brown.
If you don't know the label, it has all sorts of 30s-40s jazz and big band,
including early 30s Dorsey Brothers, Casa Loma's early stuff, the early
Artie Shaw bands and some of the late 30s-early 40s non-studio Shaw, some
Goodman compilations, loads of 30s Teddy Wilson. Most are transferred by
John R.T. Davies so the sound is great.

Zurke is credited with arranging the stock chart, which essentially is a
"cover" of the Crosby record, and has the piano part fully written out.
