If we combine your info with me Aussie mate Phil O'Rourke's input and adjust
some spellings we get:
Frank Hubbel, t; Dick Brady, tb; Joe Muranyi, cl; Ralph Casals (Casale), bj;
Lenny Pogan, g; Al McManus, d.
Which leaves Mitchell May and Don Coates without instruments. 
A lot better than we had several hours ago! 
Listening reveals banjo AND guitar on most tracks, but this could have been
achieved by overdubbing.
I also hear a piano (featured on 'Walk Right In') on some tunes.
