[Dixielandjazz] a suggestion for "Reply to All" e-mails

Hi everybody - a tip on your e-mails:

if you want to reply to a message on the DJML and send that message to 
the entire list, please be sure to DELETE the Cc or individual e-mail 
addresses that will also be in the "Send To" or "Cc" windows when you 
hit that "Reply to All" button.
Dixielandjazz@ml.islandnet.com  is all that needs to be there. We are 
all on the list and do not really want to get extra copies!

It takes a couple of extra seconds but I think we will all appreciate 
it.
