[Dixielandjazz] Help with lead sheets, please.

My brother, a musician, is helping a piano-playing friend search for lead sheets, chords, etc., for the following four tunes:
Blossoms
Blue Surge (Serge?)
Blue Is the Night (NOT Blues in the Night)
If We Never Meet Again

Any help out there?  We figure these are not OKOM. Advice about where to search would be useful.
