Hi Don:
I just his day received this from Jim, thought you might enjoy reading it.
"GWO---howdy from shaky Central California---> :-)
Please forgive the tardy answer, but I am recovering from heart surgery
and my new Mitral Valve (thanx to a pig whose valve I have borrowed) have
not spent much time at the 'puter.
It was overthat the half-century has merged into who knows what and even
today I marvel at having folk such as yourself telling me wonderful stories
of that era of late 1940's-early 1950's age of innocence.
YOU have really done well over the years -- so enjoy yourself. I was in
Florida in the 1960's for a Disc Jockey convention, so envy you being able
to spend time there. I'm living with my youngest son and his family, near
Santa Barbara -- in fact it's so crowded here that sometmes we all have to
breathe in unison to keep the air circulating -- but I love it.
Well, I gotta go now and play my Red Ingle platter of Serutan Yob for the
neighbors
Hoganly Yours--> ALL my best2U and Joyous Yuletide (as if your Yule needed
tiding). Jim"
Best,
Bill
