My Good Times Jazz Concerts Series concert "Merry Bixmas" featuring
Chicago's West End Jazz Band last night was great.  I wish all of you could
have been there in Des Moines to hear them.  We even had a full dance floor
most of the evening and I showed a profit when all was said and done!

Thanks to those of you that send me messages to forward on to the band
members.  Mike Bezin and the gang really enjoyed them.  I even quoted
several of them over the P.A. to the audience.  Got a big laugh at a couple.


My next concert will be on Valentines Day (Feb. 14) and will feature Kansas
City's New Red Onion Jazz Babies.  Please spread the word and plan to attend
if you will be anywhere near Iowa at that time.

I will be away from my computer until Sunday, Dec. 28.  Taking a much needed
trip to a warmer climate.
