[Dixielandjazz] N.O Rhythm

Hi All:
I have been going to N.O 3 or 4 times a year and I agree the "2nd line"
is one of my favorite rhythms. 

It seems every drummer there has his own personal touch but it swings
like crazy.

There are only 3 drummers in all of South Florida that I know of who can
play this beat.

 What happens so often is the tempos are too fast  and the bassists will
go into 4 beat and destroy the whole feel. 

Its as if they only know only one way  to play play. IMHO
