[Dixielandjazz] Digest topics

Bob Ringwald has already made the request/suggestion that those responding
to messages they received in the digest put some identifying title on their
reply, not just "Dixieland Digest volume xx, number yy", and I'd like to
reiterate it, just so you don't think he's the only one who is bugged by the
ambiguity.

As you know, the daily number of messages on the list is large, and it sure
helps if you have a clue as to what a message concerns so you can either
read it or quick delete it.  Taking a few seconds to insert a title seems
like simple courtesy to fellow listers.
