[Dixielandjazz] Someday Sweetheart lead sheet...here it is

Hello Art,

Thanks for the leadsheet, unfortunately instead of music I received lines of boxes, the chords came through OK and actually corresponded with my version which I found encouraging. If anybody out there could explain why music becomes boxes and how to fix it I would be grateful. David Littlewood, generous soul that he is, has sent me the chords for a number of tunes over the last couple of years, but never a lead sheet.

  Hi Ivor:

Here is the leadsheet. I got this from David Littlefield, a member of this list. He sells a Dixie fake book and other related trad jazz material.

By the way, the Band in a Box software is available as a demo with playback functions only. (WWW.pgmusic.com) I recommend this software. Its usefulness ranges from a composition device to a very pleasant accompaniment device with many options in between. There are many songs adapted for BIAB available freely on the web, or you can use a midi keyboard to record and compose your own songs and even record acoustically and blend your playing with a midi file and record the result on a CD.

If I can help you further, please don't hesitate to ask.

  Sincerely,
  Art Wood
