"This is probably heresy, but some of the boys in the band claim that the
above song was written by Gus Kahn and not The Late Dave Dallwitz. I
would dearly like to prove them wrong, any tips? What about it Bill
Haesler?"

For what it's worth, the "Cinderella Girl" attributed to Dallwitz is not 
the "Cinderella Girl" written in 1926 by Jerome Kern, with lyrics by Otto 
Harbach and Anne Caldwell.
