The best way to find out what jazz is going on in the Baltimore-Washington
area is to check the website of the Potomac River Jazz Society,
www.prjc.org.  In other cities, if you don't know of a local traditional
jazz society, check the website of the American Federation of Jazz
Societies, www.jazzfederation.com.  Not all jazz societies list local jazz
venues, but most do.  It's a quick and easy place to start.  The American
Rag and Mississippi Rag also list current jazz venues.
