Hey, gang. We're getting ready to record our second CD and I would
appreciate some info on who wrote these three tunes and when.

1. "Lotus Blossom" (the one that starts, "Sooooothe me, with your
caress...") Is it Arthur Johnston or Billy Strayhorn? What year?

2. "1919 Rag" (or is it "1919 March") Who wrote it? What year?

3. "Frogimore Rag" (Or is it "Frog-i-more") (was it Jelly Roll Morton?)
When?

While you're at it, if you're not busy the next several minutes, how about
helping me verify these as well...

"Margie" 1920 Con Conrad & J. Russel Robinson
"Messin' Around" 1926 John St. Cyr & Charles L. Cooke
"Once in a While" 1927 Louis Armstrong, Lillian Hardin, & William H.
Butler
"Riverboat Shuffle" 1925 Hoagy Carmichael & Dick Voynow
"Do You Know What it Means To Miss New Orleans?" 1946 Louis Alter
"Floatin' Down to Cotton Town" 1919 F. Henri Klickman
"South Rampart St. Parade" 1938 Bob Haggart & Ray Bauduc
"1919 Rag" 1919??? ????????????
"By and By" 1906 Charles Albert Tindley
"Lotus Blossom" ??? ??????????
"Louisiana" 1928 J. C. "Jimmy" Johnson
"Mood Indigo" 1931 Albany "Barney" Bigard & Edward "Duke" Ellington
"Clarinet Marmalade" 1918 Larry Shields & Original Dixieland Jazz Band
"Frogimore Rag" ???? Jelly Roll Morton????

Yep, it's going to be a good CD. Some terrific players and great tunes.
Thanks in advance to those who are able to help with these tune sources. I
appreciate it.
