[Dixielandjazz] rare instrument in jazz

I don't know how many, but I've seen or heard trad bands that used:
- piccolo
- violin
- bassoon
- calliope
- pipe organ

Turk Murphy made one recording in which the late Pete Clute played a
calliope, and when his band played at Grace Cathedral (San Francisco),
the organist would be added on some tunes.
