Dear John,
I am not an expert. The reverse in fact.
To (possibly) help in nailing the problem here is what I get:
   http://homepages.tesco.net/~stridepiano/nobody.mid
This took me straight to QuickTime and the music. But there was no way to return
to any of the other music titles.

   http://homepages.tesco.net/Program%20Files/Cakewalk/Cakewalk%20Pro%20Audio%2 
This threw up a message 'The page you requested does not exist. Error 404'.
It is the same message I get when accessed (successfully)
  http://homepages.tesco.net/~stridepiano/midifiles.htm 
then clicked on the midi file link to select ANY tune.
I tried several. All missing!

Perhaps it is the photo of your 'boat'.
 One, in fact, which would 'stop a clock'. 
Which I note has the big hand on 12 and the little hand on 5.
