    No Jim, haven't you read anybody else's post. We ALL know it's a =
scam, but how do you prove to CD producers, radio presenters et al, that =
what you are doing is LEGAL. I for one would like to hear our music =
played on national radio. Dave's question was legit and everybody has =
been helpful, but appears that the issue is almost to complicated to =
answer. You certainly don't have the answer. If you don't like the law =
ignore it, is your motto.
