    You've got that right!  His English is almost accentless, and better
than that spoken by 90% of the people in Chicago.  I know because when he
was a guest in my home, Lornetta and I showed him around town.  He liked
Chicago, which I took as a heavy compliment coming from a citizen of
Kecskemet, which is a beautiful small city and, and of Budapest, which is
most impressive.   

    Tamas' mother is an English teacher in Hungary, which hasn't hurt him
any; but, in addition to the grammar, he has a musician's ear for the sound
and rhythm of language.
